Texas chefs Lou Lambert and Grady Spears have teamed up again to give Fort Worth a true downhome steak house. Centered around a live oak grill and smoker, customers are treated to natural beef steaks, Texas lamb, fresh seafood, seasonal family style vegetables, and down home desserts. The menu changes seasonally based on freshness of products and availability.
